I.C.P.S Risk Management Ltd provide information and training specifically designed for contractors who are working within the extractive, mineral processing and related manufacturing sectors. The Minerals Sector Safety Passport Scheme is aimed at ensuring contractor health and safety within the industry.

I.C.P.S Risk Management Ltd is a Licenced Training Provider for the MPQC Minerals Sector Safety Passport Scheme. We provide two key training courses that are approved by the MPQC and the SPA. Consisting of short lectures, demonstrations, group discussions and case studies – both training courses are designed to help improve the safety of contractors within the extractives industry.

Course Aim

To build on the basic Health and Safety information by concentrating on risks specifically found in the Mineral Extraction and Products Industry

To understand the implications of: risk of personal injury, cost to the business, job security, environment not properly considered

Learning Outcomes

On completion of the course delegates will have the knowledge to successfully complete each module assessment paper:
